Hi Mike,

I think that you will find that the version of Tomcat that you are trying 
to run is old (3.x I  think?).  If you are developing with WDSC 5.1.2.2 
I'd recommend upgrading to Tomcat 4.1 or later and developing with a J2EE 
1.3 project and it  _should_ work OK.   I seem to recall finding 
instructions about how to upgrade the version of Tomcat on an iSeries 
somewhere on the Web at one point but I don't have a link to it now.  Try 
using Google on ibm.com.

Well, I wasn't able to get a WebFaced application to run in a Java
enabled IBM HTTP server (Apache). It runs the snoop JSP and calculator
Servlet supplied by IBM fine. It also expands the WAR file and runs a
web application I developed myself fine. 

But when I put a WebFaced WAR file in the webapps directory, the HTTP
server won't start up successfully. I set a URL Mount Point, URL path,
and Application base directory in the ASF Tomcat Settings. I also tried
without these. Neither way worked.

Oh well, worth a shot, I guess.
