Where does the debugger in the debug perspective get the library list from?
It doesn't seem to be using the library list that I have in my RSE
perspective.  The help only explains setting up library list for
interractive debugger, which does not appear to be the same application as
the debugger in the debug perspective.  Help!!!!!
