Hi Scott - While I'm not finding a library list under my iSeries objects,
Phil may have what you are after.  Are you running version 5.1.2 or a
different version of WDSC?

I *think* you want to go into Window | Preferences | Remote Systems and
look at the 'Use Cached information to restore the remote systems view'

Maybe it needs to be unchecked.  When it is unchecked, loading WDSC takes
longer.
