As I understand it you can't do that.  The views are contained within the 
perspective and can't be separated.  You can open perspectives in separate 
windows however.  There is a setting in the preferences for that.  Look under 
Workbench -> Perspectives

Yes, I would like to move several views to allow for a larger work area on
my primary monitor.  Example, move the table view, and fields view would
help.  I can drag the views anywhere within Websphere, but can't seem to
dock them onto my dual monitor.

I've got a dual monitor setup too ... but I don't understand what you
are looking to do.

Do you want to move a view outside of the WDSC application to the other
monitor?
