I don't remember if a solution was offered for editing binder language in WDSC. If so, sorry about that. But this is a solution I found.

The commands in binder language are CL commands. They can be prompted, so I added an entry under LPEX Editor->Parsers->Parser Associations. File extension = BND, Parser Settings = cl. Lo & behold, when I double-click on one of these, the editor opens up. And the 3 commands are promptable.
