Aaron,

I had this problem when I first loaded Firefox.  In the navigation panel I 
either found the answer directly or a link to the answer.  It's been a while 
and I'm not sure which now.  Anyway, it led me to a JVM to download.  The site 
has worked fine ever since.

I have the same problem with IBM Info Center.  I can get it to work most
of the time with IE, but never with Firefox.  If you find a solution
post it back out here.

I also have about 3 or 4 JRE/JDK's on my machine at any given time.
