RE: RPG-CGI

WDSC is a really good HTML/JSP editor.  It even syntax checks the Java
in your JSPs!  (I'm still waiting for JavaScript debugging, though.)

It also contains a pretty decent graphics editor (including animated
GIFs), as well as a web site designer (for ordering pages) and even a
template engine for applying a consistent look and feel to all your
pages (this includes a powerful but rather poorly documented language
for navigation tags).
