IBM recommended the following:

However, step 1 says to:
Step 1: From the Control Panel->Add/Remove->Remove IBM WDT400 V5R1M0. When 
prompted, do not reboot.
However the Remove option is greyed out.
Should I just continue with the rest of the steps?  If so, will WDT/400 
then drop off the list of installed programs?
