The "LPEX Editor" preferences ("Controls" included) are basic LPEX default settings. Products using LPEX may override any of these, and provide their own customizations.

WDSC, for example, sets SEU as the editor profile, and manages what displays in the prefix area. Therefore, changes in "Controls" will not all be effective for certain files.
