I wanted to do enough testing before I responded to this.

Concerning the the TCP/IP Keep Alive parameter. We set this a couple days
ago from 590 minutes to 15 minutes. The setting initially was at 120 so this
seemed to be too long as well. The 15 minute setting seems to have corrected
our problems of dropped lines. Using lunch hours, etc., we have been able to
leave our WDSC sessions inactive for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and have not lost a
connection where we would have previously.

We do run a proxy server but I believe it is only used for Internet.
