Nazmin,

I got your reply after I had uninstalled 5.1.2.  I reinstalled from scratch and 
things are better.  Now though, I seem to see the same issues Gregg mentioned.  
The original source member I had trouble with will not generate an outline.  
The process appears to run ok, no errors, but nothing shows up in the outline 
box.  I tried a couple other source members and they generated an outline ok.

The only obvious difference I can see is that the source generating the error 
contains a /INCLUDE statement for procedure prototypes.  The source members 
that worked didn't have a /INCLUDE or /COPY statement in them.

I haven't downloaded the updates yet so maybe this will be fixed with one of 
them.  I'll probably start that process during lunch.

Rick,
    For the outline view, try to  delete the directory  under your
workspace called "information" and then try to create the outline view.
The exact path is
\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.core\information. This
holds the intermediate results for the outline view. I do not know why this
would cause the problem, but it is worth a try.

I installed version 5.1.2 of WDSc today.  Now I cannot get the Outline view
to work.  When I open a source member and click on the Outline View tab a
message box appears with the message "Unable to create part: Outline".  Has
anyone else seen this error?

I'm also getting sporadic errors when loading a source member.  Don't know
if it's related or not.

I downloaded all updates this afternoon but it didn't help.
