cut and paste from WDSC spool file to Word


I am having a problem when I try to copy a portion or all  of a spool file
and then paste it into a Word document
The worst part it that the problem is intermittent.  I have tried rebooting
and opening only the two applications will
out success.  There is nothing written to the log file

I am viewing the spool file through WDSC 5.1.0.3 using the plug-in from
SoftLanding 1.1.16
