Ok, thanks for the tip, Mark.  I just ran the "verify connection" and I do
see some missing PTFs, so we'll take care of those first and see if they fix
the problem...

I believe that is a bug introduced with 5.1.0.3.  I have heard it was 
being fixed.  Not sure if it is a host PTF or will require a 5.1.0.4?
