Confirming update install -- WDSCI-L

I downloaded and installed update 5.1.3 about a week ago.  When I click on 
Help->About it still displays version 5.1.0 with a build of 20030721_2202.  
This has me wondering if I am really running the latest version of WDSc.  How 
can I confirm I am really running the 5.1.3 release?
