True, and I mention them in my original post.  The problem is that those
requirements are not very realistic  according to the users here or my own
experience.

Note that Pentium II was available from 233MHz to 450MHz.

So by IBM specs, you can use WDSc from RPG development on a 233MHz Pentium
II with 256M or RAM.
