A developer here can only use Code Designer if she kicks it off standalone. She has never been able to start Code Designer from RSE. When she right clicks on the file and selects Open With - Code Designer, the tool does not respond. An error window eventually pops up in the background saying "OS/400 communications error. Return code 4 (hexadecimal)." We are using WDSC 5.1 here and other developers can access Code Designer from RSE just fine. Any ideas as to why this is not working? Is there something perhaps in the communication properties or preferences that needs to be set a certain way? Thank you for your help! Joyce The contents of this email may be confidential.
