newbie- Ready to start over with a new project but maybe obvious to you and maybe help me. I have not touched the Websphere install, only followed the book on the installable applications area. Other than starting the *WEBFACING server, I have not permitted anything specifically. First project: 1) converted a screen. Got no errors. 2) added CL command to project. I used defaultEar. 3) made sure CL can be called 4) My JOBD is set to log 5) deployed to iseries problems: 1) the *webfacing QQ job submits job, runs, varies controller on and back off. Session terminated at request of the device. no job log 2) at the same time, web page opens and tries hard for a few seconds then closes. This happens on iseres or remote testing on PC instance of websphere. 3) can't find a log that something helpful would be in on iseries. Mark Villa in Summerville SC
