A co-worker received the following message while trying to save a source
member from RSE:

RSEF1002E: Operation failed. File system input or output error.
Message reported from file system: java.lang.NullPointerException

Here's the .log entry:

Here's what was done:
1) opened member
2) made some changes
3) pressed save button
4) Click the X to close member
5) Dialog box saying changes had been made, offered choice to save.
6) Pressed save
7) ****error!****

Also, the changes were lost.  Is the any way to recover them?
