Jeff,

If you are verifying a source member choose the verify with prompt option. One
of the choices is to update the cache.

I don't know of a way to update the definition for a single object.

HTH,

Rick

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Refresh cache

How do I refresh the cache for an individual iSeries database file to
reflect that I added a field?

I couldn't find out how to do that, so I ended up clearing the cache.
That's overkill to me.

Thanks.
