I am attempting to move a java application to JVM 1.4.2, however there
is a change in memory management from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2 which causes a
OutOfMemory Error.
I would like to pass different arguments to the JVM on a project basis,
such as -Xms256M.   
I have seen where you can set the -vmargs on the start up of WDSC, but I
would like to handle this on a project basis. 
Is this posible?
