Help with Test Server

Hi all, 
I'm trying to work on a java project that is deployed to the WDSC test
server.  I have had this project running(for the most part) along with a
few others.  
This morning, while testing I ran into a situation on one of my jsp
pages that was that was getting into a loop.  I had to kill WDSC from
the task manager.  
Since this time I have not been able to run my project or any of my
others.  I have rebuilt the projects, i have deleted and recreated my
test server.  I have rebooted my machine.  Nothing,  I have even tried
changing the port#  when creating my test server.  When I run my
index.jsp on the server, I get " page not found".  
 
Does anyone have any ideas what i might do to resolve this situation.
