IBM ftp web site down?

I have been trying since yesterday at various times to down load the latest
fix for WDSc service pack fixes for version 5.1.  I am at this site

download the object that points to

102.zip>  and I keep getting a message that the server returned an extended
something or other.  Any other place I can get the latest update for V5R2M0
AS/400 of WDSc Ver.5.1?
