Oh - wonder what is wrong with mine then ?  I tried loading an OPM COBOL
program and saw no outline view, that didn't surprise me as IBM have not
done a separate verifier etc. and I figured it just wasn't supported.

I have had a few strange things happen with WDSc V5.1 - I guess this is just
one more!
