Which rename did you do?  The .config folder or the feature.xml file?

If the former, then try doing the latter.  If doing the latter, then since 
that workaround was developed prior to the release of 1.4.3 you could also 
try renaming the 1.4.2 version as well.

You could also try renaming the .config folder again.
