If I remember correctly, it has already been stated that IBM will be
'transferring' Websphere Studio to the Rational group. BUT, I do believe it was
said that the iSeries part will stay where it is at. So as far as I am
concerned it is ok for IBM to say they are not releasing 5.1.1. It just means
something else is coming. Maybe a product renaming(could it get any worse? ;-)
I also believe they plan on integrating some of the Rational tools right into
Websphere Studio by default.
