Try "Ctrl+Shift+N". I think this just came available under 5.1. It makes WDSCi
a lot more usable for me for those times when I just need to check some code
somewhere. Only change I would make is to default it to Browse and not Edit.
With this handy little feature, I am using PDM less and less.

To me, RSE is all about the filters. Once you figure out the best way for you
to work under WDSC, set up the filters to match. You may want to check out the
Spoolfile and Message plugins from Softlanding.

Have you tried the Debugger? It takes a little getting use to, but once you go
over to the GUI debugger side, you will never go back. At least that is the way
it was for me way back to the original version of Code Debugger under OS/2.

Have you gone thru the online help? I have not yet, but IBM will sometimes hide
little tidbits in there.

Subscribe to the iSeries edition of eServer Mag:
http://eservercomputing.com/iseries/
Also the iSeries EXTRA newsletter. They will have good articles on WDSC every
once in a while. You can search for past articles.

The newsletters on http://www.midrangeserver.com/newsletters.html will have
articles every once in a while too. You can search for past ones.

Check out http://www.iseriesnetwork.com/ and http://www.mcpressonline.com/ for
past articles too.

I am giving you sites instead of actual articles because even with 4 months of
experience it is hard to tell where you are at and what you have discovered and
not. For me anyways the basic articles will sometimes have a tidbit that I did
not know about.
