Solution to STRRSESVR problem

Hi, 

Thanks all the people who responding my email!

Finally the problem got resolved, guess what cause the problem? It's not 
firewall, IP address error. It's the Cisco VPN client that installed on my 
PC. It looks like that the VPN client blocks certain port communication 
between WDSc and AS400. I'm not sure what exact reason is, but once I stop 
VPN client running, it works fine for STRRSESVR. 

So next time when STRRSESVR stop working, don't forget to look into 
whether your PC gets installed VPN client.
