I did some quick checking on the fonts. It appears that I can change the
fonts for the LPEX editor on the fly for text files, etc. that are on the PC
but to get a font change to show when working on source on the AS400 I have
to close out of WDSC then open it back up. Has anybody else had this happen
or have I just missed a setting somewhere that prevents changes from taking
effect immediately when working with source files (CL, RPG, etc.) on the
remote system?

I'll work with it some more (hopefully I'll have time later today). For
some reason the connection from home wasn't working then either but it did
last night. Maybe the font changing will work now too!

Thanks,

<Aaron goes to double check>

Yep, I just changed it from IBM3270 to Impact and the changes appear in the
LPEX editor. I must note that I worked with some of the WDSc developers on
a problem concerning the outline view and code assist - during that process
they sent me a new iseries.jar file, so that may be why mine works and yours
doesn't.

I just upgraded to it over the weekend (actually uninstalled 5.0, installed
5.1, and with through the update manager). Are you able to change the fonts
used in the LPEX editor? I tried a couple times but was unable to get the
fonts to change - ran out of time to research it further and haven't had
opportunity yet this morning.

I am at 5.1.0.1 and I have the Appearances section under LPEX Editor.

I created a new workspace, and it has no LPEX settings (except for the
LPEX Editor Parser settings under iSeries under Remote Systems). Are
you at the latest 5.1.0.1?

Joe
