I checked an older workspace, and it has the LPEX preferences.  So I
exported the preferences to an .epf file and then imported them into my
test workbench.  No luck.  The LPEX Editors section does not appear.
Somehow something very low level got broken.

And even if I do import the changes from an existing, they don't show
up.  However, it does completely wipe out all of my connections,
requiring that I create yet another new workspace.  This is way more fun
than I'm used to.
