This is a bug in wdsc. There is a quicker way to fix the problem than
manual editing, but with one drawback. You will lose any compile labels
that you created from the Work With Compile Commands dialog, or any changes
you made to an existing IBM supplied command in wdsc. If you can recreate
those, then do the following:

Go to the Navigator view, then from the drop down menu of the view, select
Filters... and uncheck RemoteSystemsConnections. In the Navigator view,
expand RemoteSystemsConnections project, expand the folder corresponding to
your profile (not the Team or the TypeFilters folder), expand
CompileCommands, expand ibm.files400, and delete the file
compileCommands.xml.

Finally, restart wdsc and do a compile.

Cyndi,

I have experienced the same issue for all compile commands.  Our PTF's are
not yet up to date so I wrote it off to that.  I have manually changed the
compile commands.  They are fine after that.
