I got them to work after I deleted and reconnected the RSE connection.
This was answered by Mark Phippard in an earlier post.
Here is what he said quoted:
"This issue is covered in the instalation instructions.  RSE does not
recognize new "subsystems" on existing connections.  You have to delete
and recreate your connection and then the subsystem will appear.  Your
existing filters will not be deleted."
