The UTC.war is just the Universal Test Client.  It doesn't have anything 
to do with WebFacing.  If this isn't preventing your server from starting, 
then it really shouldn't even be a problem.  However, if you edit your 
Server Configuration in WDSC and uncheck the box that says something like 
"Start Universal test Client", the message should go away.

test server.


Getting this error when I try to run any Webfacing project on WebSphere 
v5.0 Test Enviornment server.  Can this be associated with PTF's not 
installed on iSeries or something else.
