Try editing your server configuration and unchecking the box that says 
"Enable Universal Test Client".  I imagine that utc.war relates to that, 
so maybe if you disable it, it will work.

You just double-click on the server in the Server Configuration view to 
edit it.

Can anyone help me with the following problem. I try to start the default
test server and I get a failure message telling me that the UTC.war is
missing. I reinstalled the product and didn't allow any spaces in the
install as I was advised that this may be the error, but to no avail, can
anyone help me ?
