You cannot get rid of the tasks that are put there by the verifiers and
compilers. You can fix the problem, which will remove the task, or in
your case you just have to ignore it. There are filters on the task view
that might help as well.

Another issue. The Tasks window. How do you mark these things as
completed.
I have 2 tasks from the Web perspective that state Broken Links. That's by
design. Plus one on a SQL statement that went bad. Is there a way to get
rid of these things?
