I've not done much RPG for a while, so I don't remember whether QSYSINC is automatically in the search path for /COPY members. It IS for header files in C/C++. Actually, nowadays these header files are found through symbolic links in IFS that point to QSYSINC.

I don't think WDSC is useless. I have wondered about projects. I am getting more understanding from this discussion and will review my position - may still think they are not that good for my use - we'll see.
