Expand the RSE connection, right click on the "iSeries Objects" subsystem
and choose Verify Connection.

As Sam says, it lists a lot of bogus PTF's.  The best thing is just to use
the readme.

I'm at home so this is from memory.  Right click on the iSeries
connection, then choose properties, then the second tab.  (I think.
I did this several times recently while as our system programmer
tried to get all missing PTFs to disappear.  There are a couple
that won't go away since they don't exist.)
