Just dump the images (with their CD number) in one directory on your harddisk, 
and install from there.  I never used the CDs, but got my install set from 
Partnerworld, and after extracting everything my folder looks as follows

   CD1
   CD3
   CD4
   install
   wssd
   autorun.inf
   setup.exe   

After clicking on setup.exe, all installed without a single problem and never 
asked for a CD.
