Sorry for the previous duplicate post.  I was trying to post more
information on this.

I am editing two CL source members that were previously compiled from PDM.
When trying to compile from RSE they fail with an error that the text parm
is to long on either CRTDTAQ or CRTMSGQ.  When I attempt to shorten the text
parm the previous errors concerning continuation lines appear.
