I don't know if I will have time in the near future to take on such a task,
but I am _very_ interested to see how one would go about developing a
plug-in extension.  Does anybody know if there are some good "newbie"
articles for people wanting to develop plugins?  I have very briefly looked
at the plug-in development perspective in Eclipse. . .
