I recently ran into this problem too and installing option 60 with PTF
SI04892 fixed it as you have found out. Something small I would like to
add though is that there is a known problem (at least on V5R2) in the
"Check PTF" of the Communications Daemon (Right-click Daemon > Properties >
OS400 (or STRCODE server name)). This said we were missing PTF SI04892 for
product 5722SS1 even though PTF SI04892 can only be applied to product
5722WDS. This is an error in the XML file that the Daemon uses and will be
resolved in WDSc 5.0 as early as April 25. IBM gave instructions on how to
manually change the XML file to point to the correct product until then.
Perform the following steps to match a mismatched PTF in the CODE
Communications Daemon:

1) Verify SI04892 is applied on the system against 5722WDS.
2) Make a copy of the file HOSTPREREQS from this path:
 e:\WDSC\WSSD\plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.core\hostprereqs.xml
3) Open the original file hostprereqs.xml with wordpad. Search for
SI04892. On the line above the PTF should be the product ID. Change to
5722WDS then save.
4) Close the file and retry the Check PTF function. It should now find
the PTF under the correct product.

I hope this helps,
Craig Strong

If so, how can we correct the issue?
