Chris,

A couple questions to help diagnose the problem:

1. Which OS are you running?

2. Do you have a directory c:\IMNnq* (it might be on a different drive if
you did not install WDSc on C drive)

3. Do you have any environment variables that start with IMN (just type
set imn and press enter from a command prompt window). For example:

C:\>set imn
IMNINST=help
IMNINSTSRV=D:\IMNnq_NT

4. what happens if you try to run:

   1. httpdl -r httpd.cnf

Don't try to reinstall just yet, lets see if we can find the problem first.
   Thanks.

Thanks, Buck! I'm researching it now. I've looked at IBMs documentation and
it says that I need to be running process HTTPDL.EXE. I'm not! Not only
that, I'm not even finding NetQuestion in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM
in
regedit where the documentation says it should be! I'm hoping that
NetQuestion isn't used in WDSCI and the documentation I'm looking at is
outdated.

If it is suppose to be there should I try a reinstall or what???!!!!!

Thanks for all your help.

Chris

Hi Chris!
I have never encountered the problem you are having, but I remember other
people who did. I am pretty sure it's a case of NetQuestion not running.
I
think that help is served up by an internal HTTP server. Check the
archives
(http://archive.midrange.com) for "help not working" and "netquestion".

I found a link
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ad/wdt400/html/readmev5r1_enu.html#Install
with a topic entitled Problems With Help.
