It should be there. Are you sure that you are running WDSC and not WSAD
or WSSD? Does Help About say WebSphere Development Studio Client for
iSeries? If you click on the Plugin Info button on that same panel there
should be a whole bunch of plugins named com.ibm.etools.iseries.*
