Paul,

After making these changes did you restart the application server in WDSc?

The easiest way to do this is to open the Server perspective (server refers
to web application server in this context), switch the to Servers view
(bottom right corner of the workbench by default), right click on your
server instance and select "Restart". The application server will first
stop and then start again.

Once you see "Server Default Server open for e-business" in the console
view you should be ready to try your application again.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I changed the settings of the servers according the documentation (ie.
client.encoding.override set to UTF-8, and module visibility set to
MODULE), but I still get the same error about UTF-8 support after pressing
enter on my applications first screen.

Kind regards,
Paul
