more than just the cost of one PC.  If they didn't budget for that a year
ago when they planned what we would need it gets expensive.  If the machine
we have is less than 3 years old they say "your already at the corporate
standard - you dont need more"

And then - well - some of us will just not get to use these newer tools even
if we want to.  SEU will continue to work and there is no "apparent" cost
outlay.

(btw Ive got a 500mhz PC with 256K and that is because i was just upgraded)
