Are there any WDSc fixes besides those in WebFacing?  The readme seems to
indicates fixes are only in the "old" Code/400 editor and WebFacing.

Yes, the build number is the date of the service pack build.  You have
SP2.
(Note: this was not true for SP1 which still showed the GA date.)

You can always look at the readme to see what service pack you are on as
well as to see what has been fixed.
