Yes.  It is called WDSc V4.0, service pack 1.  It is the follow-on to WDS
V5.0.  The version numbers are now aligned with WebSphere rather than
OS/400.

I use WDSc with OS/400 V5R1.

If you have a copy of any compiler you can order a refresh of 5722-WDS and
get WDSc.

I don't understand this, but depending on what you want WDSc for, it should
work OK for OS/400 V4R5 and V5R1 and V5R2.  It does a lot of stuff...
