For the password stuff I was referring to the QSYGETPH and QWTSETP APIs.
The connection string would use a generic profile (WebUser) that had
*USE access to the users' profiles. Then the first thing that every
connection did would be to get the profile handle of the user you want
to emulate and then set the job to run as that profile. This would
enable i security to work as if you'd connected as the end user.

One thing in your code... why hardcode the library names? Makes it
really difficult to test, no? I prefer to enable system naming on then
connection string and then rely on the library list we're used to in
green-screen mode. But I grant that's a preference thing.
