Dear Ken

I assume that you are referring to the P/L and balance sheet generated by
FM.

Will you check the following and ensure the integrity of GL before running
any reports?

1. GLE/42 - System21 Income Statement - Detail

2. GLE.43 - System21 Balance Sheet - Detail

3. GLE/44 - Summary Balance Sheet and Profit and loss accounts (2 Reports)

Also check the Net Profit (Memo) account shows the years's profit , should
synchronise with above reports.
