The most common reason for things not appearing in manual payments screen
is that it is already part of another payment run. If you have an
automatic payment run it often pulls in things you don't want to pay. You
can prevent them being paid by either holding the item within the run or
deleting the item from the run. The difference is that canceling from the
run makes the item available for other payment runs including manual
payments. Items that are held are not available for payment runs until
the original one has completed. Check to see if you have any payment runs
currently in progress that may include this supplier/item.
