Just to add another vendor name to the hat, we are using Acom's EZPRINT
software to merge our PO's with the form, convert it to a PDF, and then
email it to the purchasing officer.  The purchasing officer checks it
for accuracy and then emails it to the vendor.

Acom has a new module called EZ Content Manager that archives and
catalog's documents from EZPrint that we are thinking about purchasing.
It allows searching and retrieval of documents using a web browser.
